To provide the concierge service, fulfil bookings, process membership payments, send transactional emails, and protect the service from abuse. We never sell personal data.

Under UK/EU data protection law you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact your concierge to exercise any of these rights.

We use essential cookies for authentication and a lightweight first-party analytics event log to count page views and key actions. No third-party advertising trackers.
